We got on the road and drove for several hours before stopping outside of Zacapa at a tilapia farm.  That is where we ate our lunch.  They served us local food - starting with fish head soup.  YUM!  I actually was really surprised to look in my bowl and see a fish looking back at me!  Did we eat the fish head?  No...just the broth which was actually good!  (I think that Bob many have eaten his head, but I didn't eat mine.) Then they brought the meal which was delicious!  We also were able to meet the 2 pastors that serve the area.  They were eating lunch there, too.
